Collect your badge first
Confirm pickup location and opening hours in your registration email. Where offered, collect it the day before the main conference.
Check the room before leaving
Use the current agenda and on-site signage. Leave walking time between the conference center and other resort spaces.
Arrive with a buffer
The published opening keynote is Tuesday, October 27, 8:30-10:00 AM. Recheck the schedule and entry requirements before setting out.
Have your next stop ready
Choose a session and a backup. Schedule breaks and a meeting window instead of filling every minute.
